Ticket Refund Policy

1. General Conditions
The purchase of tickets for the event constitutes acceptance of the following refund conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. The purchase of the ticket is final, and no exchanges or refunds are permitted, except for specific exceptions provided by law or in extraordinary circumstances.

2. No Refund Policy
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the ticket purchased is a contract for access to the event, and there is no option to cancel, modify, or receive any refund for tickets purchased, even in the case of event cancellation, postponement, or modification, except in the following cases:

• Event Postponement or Cancellation: If the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer, a refund of the ticket price (up to a maximum of 90% of the face value) may be issued only if the refund request is made within the time frame specified by the organizer. The refund request period will be communicated promptly through official channels.
• Circumstances Beyond Control: In the event of force majeure (e.g., severe weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events that prevent the event from taking place), the organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In such cases, ticket refunds will be handled in accordance with the organizer's policies, but the ticket purchaser acknowledges that no further claims for compensation, including for travel or accommodation costs, will be accepted.

3. Non-Transferability of Tickets
Tickets are non-transferable, and any attempt to resell tickets outside of the official sales channels is prohibited. Tickets purchased for resale may be voided by the organizer.

4. Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for tickets if the purchaser is unable to attend the event due to personal reasons or failure to comply with any entry requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, travel restrictions, or failure to adhere to safety or health protocols.
