Integrity, reliability, respect, and trust are of the highest priority at Gadget. These values are fundamental to our business operations and are key to our success, as well as to the trust placed in us by our employees, customers, business partners, and shareholders.
Gadget does not tolerate any violations of applicable laws, internal guidelines, or the Gadget Code of Conduct. Therefore, it is crucial to quickly identify potential misconduct by our employees or suppliers and take appropriate measures to prevent it.
In collaboration with our parent company, CTS EVENTIM, Gadget operates an independent, impartial, and confidential whistleblower system for the entire CTS EVENTIM Group. Employees, as well as third parties, including customers and suppliers, can use this system to confidentially report potential violations and contribute to their resolution.
Principles
The cornerstone of the whistleblower system is the principle of fair procedure. This includes ensuring that anonymous reporting and communication are possible.
Gadget will not take any steps to identify anonymous whistleblowers. Additionally, any retaliation against whistleblowers or anyone who contributes to the investigation of potential misconduct within the group will not be tolerated.
Investigations will be conducted with the utmost confidentiality, while maintaining the anonymity of whistleblowers. The presumption of innocence applies to the individuals involved until a violation is proven. All information will be handled in a fair, prompt, and secure manner.
How are reports handled?
Gadget reviews every incoming report to identify serious violations of rules by employees or suppliers of the Gadget Group.
The reports are processed promptly and analyzed thoroughly and systematically. If an initial suspicion of a potential violation arises, an appropriate (internal or external) entity is assigned to investigate the case. After the investigation is completed, Gadget evaluates the results and, if misconduct is found, makes a recommendation for sanctions. In certain cases, law enforcement authorities may be notified.
Whistleblowers are informed in a timely manner, in accordance with legal requirements, about the progress and outcome of any potential investigation.
It is also possible to report human rights and environmental violations, including significant risks, through the whistleblower system. In this case, Gadget will forward the information to the relevant authorities, who will investigate and handle the matter.
Submit a report
Our whistleblower system provides various ways to report potential misconduct.
Regardless of this, there is a legally established right to contact the relevant authorities at any time, as described below.
You can submit a report through the multilingual online platform Compliance Helpline. This system ensures confidentiality and security. CTS EVENTIM uses a whistleblower system provided by Deloitte for this purpose.
